Church Calls Temple Presidents for Rome and Colombia

Two new temple presidents and matrons have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service when the temples are dedicated.

Craig Neil Pacini, 64, Ensign 1st Ward, Salt Lake Ensign Stake, called as president of the new Rome Italy Temple. President Pacini’s wife, Julie Anne Metcalfe Pacini, will serve as temple matron. He is a Boy Scout district chairman and a former Italy Rome Mission president, bishop, high councilor and temple ordinance worker. Retired Human Resource director for the LDS Church, he was born in San Francisco, California, to LeRoy Thomas and Venice Lawana Davis Pacini.

Sister Pacini is a ward Relief Society ministering supervisor. She served with her husband as he presided over the Italy Rome Mission, and is a former stake Relief Society presidency counselor, and ward Relief Society and Primary president. She was born in Wellington, New Zealand, to Derek Frank and Maureen Lenore Dawn Ottley Metcalfe.
