Brother Cowan was the concluding speaker Sept. 22 at a day-long conference, "The Temple on Mount Zion," held at the Provo Public Library and sponsored by Interpreter: A Journal of Mormon Scripture, an on-line periodical that was launched in August. It is not officially connected with the Church. Brother Cowan addressed the topic "Latter-day Houses of the Lord: Developments in Their Design and Function."
