Cache County is being accused of violating the rights of a LDS member and his Bishop. A federal lawsuit was filed Wednesday afternoon claiming the county is stopping the Bishop from providing spiritual counseling.
The lawsuit objects to a Cache County Jail rule, one that requires personal mail to and from inmates to be written on a postcard.
