LDS Church donates land to American Cancer Society in Salt Lake

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints is donating land so temporary housing can be built to help families of cancer patients.

The building space on 400 East and 100 South is being donated to the American Cancer Society so they can tear down a 60-year-old church building to build a residential building. The building will be called the “Hope Lodge.”
