"The Work of Salvation" Missionary BroadcastJune 23, 4 p.m. MDT, Broadcast from Provo, Utah

Ward and stake council members, their spouses, full-time missionaries, prospective missionaries, and other interested Church members are invited to participate in a special session of the Seminar for New Mission Presidents entitled “The Work of Salvation.” President Thomas S. Monson, President Boyd K. Packer, and members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will share messages about missionary work and conversion.
Mormon Tabernacle Midwest Tour

If you live in the Midwest, be sure the see if the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the Orchestra at Temple Square are visiting your hometown. They will be visiting Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Tickets and more information are available at this website.

U.S. Army Brass Quintet PerfomanceJune 29, 7 p.m., Washington DC Visitor’s Center

An Independence Day celebration, featuring songs such as "God Bless America," "Songs of the Soldier," "Grand Old Flag" and other favorites. SSG Andrew Allphin of the U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own," will also perform the 3rd movement of the Haydn Trumpet Concerto.

Patriotic Fireside with Bob Bennett

June 30, 7 p.m., Washington DC Visitor’s Center

Bob Bennett is a former United States senator who held chairmanships and senior positions on a number of key Senate committees. He is currently active in research, teaching and consulting. He will speak to the public during this patriotic fireside.
