Mocktails—non-alcoholic versions of fancy drinks—are a huge hit at parties or fun for when you're craving a refreshing summer drink. Here are seven of our favorite, easy-to-make recipes. They're guaranteed to impress your guests at your next summer gathering!

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Fresh Lemon Juice (12-15 lemons)
• 2 Cups Water
• 2 Cups Herbed Simple Syrup (recipe follows)
• Ice

Herbed Simple Syrup:
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup Water
• ½ Cup Basil, washed and stemmed (do not stuff them into the cup or it will be too strong)
• ½ Cup Mint, washed and stemmed

Instructions:

  1. Place sugar, water, basil and mint in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Set aside to cool. Strain out the herbs pressing on them to remove all simple syrup.
  3. Pour water, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher, stir and pour over ice in glasses.

Ingredients:
• 1 apple
• 2 limes, washed
• 2 lemons, washed
• 1 orange
• 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate
• 3 cups grape juice
• 1 3/4 cups sparkling water or club soda

Instructions:
1. Core the apple and cut it into 8-12 slices. Place the slices in a serving pitcher. Slice the lime, lemon (seed it), and orange and place them in the pitcher. Juice another lime and lemon and add the juice to the pitcher. Add the apple juice concentrate and grape juice.
2. Chill until ready to serve. Immediately before serving, add the sparkling water or club soda and serve over ice, trying to get some of the fruit into each glass.

Ingredients:
• 1 (11.5 oz) can white grape juice frozen concentrate, partially thawed
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 (2 liters) ginger ale

Instructions:

  1. Mix together white grape juice concentrate, water, and ginger ale in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 1 key lime, quartered
• 4 mint leaves
• 1 T simple cane sugar syrup
• Ice
• Club soda
• Strawberry slices

Instructions:
In a tall glass, squeeze your lime quarters and place the whole lime in the bottom of the glass. Add mint leaves and muddle (aka smash) the mint and the limes. Add your syrup and a handful of ice, then fill the rest of the glass up with club soda. Toss in a few slices of strawberries. Stir well.

Ingredients:
• 2 quarts of water
• 2 Tablespoons Lemon Extract
• 3 Cups Sugar
• 2 Tablespoons Citric Acid
• Pebble Ice

Instructions:
In a large drink dispenser, add the water, lemon ice, sugar and citric acid. Stir until combined. Add the ice and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
• 8-10 large mint leaves
• 1/2 c. sugar (you can add more if necessary, especially if kids are involved)
• 3/4 c. fresh lime juice (about 7 small, juicy limes)
• 1 24-oz. bottle of sparkling water (like Perrier)

Instructions:
1. Finely chop the mint leaves. Place the chopped mint leaves in a bowl or non-reactive pitcher and press them with a pestle or the back of a spoon to release the oils. Add the sugar and press the mint leaves and sugar together with the back of a spoon. Add the lime juice and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy.
2. If you haven't been mixing the mint and sugar in a pitcher, transfer to a glass or plastic pitcher. Right before serving, add the sparkling water and serve immediately over ice. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup lime juice
• ¾ cup to 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups water
• Frozen berries of choice

Instructions:
Mix it and add the frozen berries like ice and serve!!
