Mormon, Presbyterian Churches help Habitat for Humanity in Rochester, N.Y.

Two area churches are helping to further the local Habitat for Humanity's goal of building new homes in one of Rochester's poorest neighborhoods.

The Third Presbyterian Church and the Rochester and Palmyra Stake of the Church of Jesus Chist of Latter-day Saints will head the JOSANA neighborhood project.
Habitat for Humanity spokesperson Bethany Cramer say the Third Presbyterian Church pledged 300-thousand dollars toward the project.
