News from Utah

Utah photographer Jason Carlton is setting out on a statewide road trip this Friday to visit and photograph all 16 Utah temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The more than 1200-mile road trip will begin Friday, May 16, 2014, in Sandy, Utah, and end the following night in Logan, Utah, at 11 pm. People can follow the adventure on Twitter and Instagram (handle: @TempleTestimony) for updates, photos and testimonies shared along the way.

“I’ve enjoyed photographing many of the LDS temples throughout Utah, but the idea of visiting all of them in a little more than a day-and-a-half sounded like a fun adventure,” said Carlton. “Plus, it’s an opportunity for me to launch an online project I’ve been thinking about doing for a few months now – Temples and Testimonies.”
