Saratoga Springs annexes LDS land for development

Saratoga Springs has finished annexing a 2,800-acre tract of land in the heart of the city owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Daily Herald of Provo reported the land will be home to a new city hall, library and major retail development. City offices are currently housed in a rented retail unit.
