Touching Video: LDS Scouts Teach Refugees How to Ride a Bike

One LDS Boy Scout troop has taken the First Presidency's charge and the Relief Society's "I Was a Stranger" initiative to heart. Troop 411 in Phoenix, Arizona, teamed up with the International Rescue Committee to build and donate bikes for refugees.

Afterwards, the boys overcame difference and language barriers to teach refugees one-on-one safety rules and how to ride the bikes. For refugees, transportation is one of the most difficult things to navigate when they reach the United States. Oftentimes it can take hours of travel time to go to work or run errands.
