Watch: Actor Chris Pratt Says "Nothing Fills My Soul More" Than When He Shares Messages of God with His Fans

Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurrasic World star Chris Pratt shared with AP that "nothing fills my soul more" than sharing messages about God with his fans.

In an AP video just shy of two minutes, Pratt shares messages he shares about God might not be for everyone or designed for everyone, but, "Maybe some kid watching that would say, 'Hey, I've been thinking about that. I've been thinking about praying. Let me try that out.'"

And this isn't the first time Pratt has gone public with his belief in God. Earlier this year, Pratt shared such a message at MTV's Generation Awards when he told audiences, "God is real. God loves you. God wants the best for you. Believe that. I do."

And after visiting a children's hospital in 2017 with fellow Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard, Pratt shared his faith through a touching Instagram post.

"I'll never fail to be moved by the unbreakable spirit of a child," Pratt shares. "#godisgood Psalm 107:8-9 Let them praise the LORD for his loving kindness, for his wonderful deeds to the children of men! For he satisfies the longing soul. He fills the hungry soul with good. No doubt."

Pratt says in the AP video he feels like now is an important time to share these authentic messages, and that he feels like it's the only way to repay "what has been essentially a giant gift in my life."

Though some may think others in Hollywood would want to stop Pratt from sharing messages about God, Pratt says he's never had anyone tell him to stop and the people he's met seem open to anything.

"I've never had anyone try to shame me, to my face," he shares. "Maybe they go say it behind my back but if that's the case, go ahead. You can say whatever you want to about me, to my face or behind my back. I'm never going to change."
