Random Act from BYUtv recently devised an epic surprise for a family of three—Justin, Toni, and Shayli—all of whom are fans of Studio C. After Toni was diagnosed with cancer, Random Acts wanted to put together a birthday surprise for her daughter Shayli the whole family would never forget.
