It's a nightmare all brides fear. But this is something that happened to Jenna and Nate McMaster in real-life, two days before they planned to be married for eternity. But somehow, the couple managed to find the good in the situation.

Thursday morning, the phone rang. It was a temple worker giving the tragic news that the temple would be closed the day Jenna and Nate planned to be married because of an extreme winter storm. The worker asked if they could schedule their new sealing for Friday, the very next day.

As Winter Storm Jonas made its way across the East Coast, it threw a wrench in many weekend plans, but it couldn't stop Nate and Jenna McMaster from being sealed in the Washington D.C. Temple on Jan. 22.

“It’s definitely a good story, and it was kind of crazy in the midst of it, but it actually turned out really, really well,” Jenna McMaster said. “We really enjoyed it.”

Nate and Jenna McMaster, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, had planned to get married on Saturday, Jan. 23.
