Amazing Music Video Captures the Ways Heavenly Father Loves Each of Us

Brigham Young University’s Young Ambassadors are celebrating Father’s Day this year with a new music video, “My Heavenly Father Loves Me,” featuring guest violinist Megumi Terry and families and friends of the Young Ambassadors.

"I love this song because it teaches such a simple yet powerful truth—there is a God who loves you,” commented Megan Sackett, a member of the BYU Young Ambassadors. “As we recorded it, it made me think of the little things in life that our Heavenly Father has given me to show His love, from the great big sky all the way down to the song of a bird. I have felt the love of God, and we hope that as others listen to the music they can feel that love too."

The vocal arrangement was written by Randy Boothe, artistic director for the Young Ambassadors, and Michael Biancardi created the orchestration.

The Young Ambassadors recently returned from a spring tour of South Africa and Zimbabwe. The company has performed in 68 countries around the world since 1970, singing and dancing in major concert halls.

“As we have traveled the world, sharing our love through the universal language of music, our eyes have certainly been opened to God’s magnificent creations,” commented Preston Taylor, president of the BYU Young Ambassadors. “It’s humbling to realize that Heavenly Father created this amazing world for all of His children everywhere.”

The digital single “My Heavenly Father Loves Me” is set to release through BYU Records June 16, and will be available on iTunes and Spotify.
