We felt like some good, old fashioned chicken soup the other day. This soup is about as simple as they come - simply heat up the water, add the ingredients, and simmer. Also, you can use any kind of vegetables that you happen to have or like. It's a quick, easy, great-tasting meal.
8 cups water
4 tablespoons Chicken Broth Seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1-2 tablespoons tomato powder
1 cup freeze-dried chicken
1 cup freeze-dried corn
1 cup freeze-dried peas
1 cup dehydrated carrot dices
1 cup noodles (any type; optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Reconstitute before using. Follow directions on #10 can to reconstitute.
1. Add water to soup pot. Heat to just before boiling.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir, and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
