Augason Farms® Sweet Strawberry Muffins

2 ½ cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 ¼ cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Augason Farms Whole Egg Powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup Augason Farms Sliced Strawberries crushed

Muffin Topping:
4 tablespoons melted butter
½ sugar 
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all muffin ingredients together until well blended. Fill muffin liners 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. 

While still warm, roll muffin tops in melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. 


Augason Farms® Crock-pot Cheese & Chive Potato Shreds

4 cups Augason Farms™ Potato Shreds
4 cups prepared Augason Farms™ Creamy Potato Soup Mix
2 cups Colby Jack Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1 - 8 oz. pkg. chive and onion cream cheese 
 
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add potato shreds, simmer 15 minutes, drain.  Combine potato shreds, soup, Colby Jack Cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.  Place in a greased 3-quart crock-pot. Cook on low for 3 ½ hours.  Stir in chive and onion cream cheese before serving.
