Incredible Time-Lapse Video Shows Construction of Provo City Center Temple: 3 1/2 Years in Under 5 Minutes

What was once the Provo Tabernacle will soon open its doors as the Provo City Center Temple. Those heartbroken when a fire gutted the historic tabernacle in 2010 are now rejoicing to see it resurrected as the Church's 151st temple.

This 85,000-square-foot building will open to the public beginning January 15, 2016, with an open house running until March 5. An estimated 900,000 people are expected to attend. The temple will then be dedicated on March 20.
