She is a Signature Member of Oil Painters of America, A Founding Member of Inspirational Art Association, Project Compassion ( a group of four artists that paint the beloved Soldiers  free for their families)  and a Member of The Plein Air Painters of Utah. Some of the publications and books with her work have been The International Art Magazine, The Ensign, The Liahona, and A Mother's Love published by Deseret Book. She graduated from ISU, is the mother of four children and wife of artist Garth Oborn, known for his realistic oil paintings depicting the mountains of Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. We are thrilled to have Garth join Anne as a double treat today!

October 19
Chris Young
Young’s art reveals two primary artistic influences: Zen art and design and early Spanish and Dutch still-life painters.  Chris  was born January 30, 1963.  He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1986. He received a BFA degree in Fine Arts and was honored as Summa cum Laude. “I am captivated by nature’s grand design. As we take time to carefully look at seemingly ordinary natural objects, an incredible beauty and harmony is revealed.” Today, Chris works in his Orem, Utah, studio where he enjoys the support of his wife and four active children. His paintings are sold through leading galleries in the West.

October 26
Travis Paul Wood
Travis grew up in Wellsville, Utah. His love of art was fostered in his youth; he won an art competition in 5th grade with a sculpture of oil-based clay, and he continued to study in high school in AP Art. After serving a mission to Mexico, Travis enrolled in BYU Idaho with an emphasis in photography while also exploring an interest in architecture. He currently focuses on oils.
