It's not easy planning for a video shoot.
The creators behind this year's project know that. Last year, they made the Guinness Book of World Records for largest live nativity. That video now has more than 9 million views on YouTube. They're not trying to break any records this time around. They just want to share a positive, uplifting message about Christmas.
"This effort is just really exciting," said Alex Boye, of "Alex Boye TV" on YouTube.
