BYU custodian killed in train accident

A man died after being struck by a FrontRunner train Friday morning at the intersection of 700 West and 600 South. About 7:30 a.m., Douglas Crow, a BYU custodian, was riding his bicycle when he was hit by the train. Provo Police Lt. Mathew Siufanua said a woman driving an Escalade was trying to make a left-hand turn onto 700 West from 600 South. She did not see Crow and bumped him off his bike and onto the train tracks.
