Glassdoor recently released their 2016 list of the best places to work, and the Church cracked the top 25. The list resulted from Glassdoor's annual Employees' Choice Awards, where the people who know these companies the best, their current and past employees, get to vote on the best companies across North America and parts of Europe.

With over 10,000 employees, the reviews for the Church on Glassdoor are simply glowing. Ninety-nine percent of people approve of the CEO (who is listed as Thomas S. Monson), eighty-seven percent would recommend the Church as a place to work for their friends, and the Church gets 4.3 stars out of five overall.

Check out some of the great things Church employees have had to say:

Working at the LDS Church has been the best experience I've had in my career. It is full of honest people doing great work. There is a sense of innovation and excitement to accomplish the work. I have been very impressed with the overall experience and I would strongly encourage people to consider the opportunity to work here.
Inspiring cause - it's fun to work on products that benefit and sometimes completely change peoples' lives. Fascinating to see how products come about and take part in councils and strategizing sessions.

Glassdoor is a company rating site that was founded in 2008 where current and past employees anonymously review companies and their management.
