Dallas LDS Church Membership Rising

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reached its tipping point in Dallas last month, requiring a reorganization of sorts and the creation of a third congregation, called a ward.

Monmouth Stake President Dana B. Petersen, who is in charge of training and leading the stake’s bishops, and Nona Springer, director of public affairs for the Monmouth stake, recently explained the culture of the LDS church and how and why such additions happen.
