Deseret Book announced Thursday that it will be holding open casting call for a 13-17 yr. old boy to perform as Young Joseph Smith in a yet-to-be announced project in early 2020. This project will include the release of an album and a live performance element featuring other recognizable talent.
Submissions are currently being accepted. To submit an audition, fill out this FORM and submit a video link of you singing a song of your choice. Submissions must be turned in by 5:00pm on January 6, 2020. The submissions will be reviewed and auditionees will be informed on January 7, 2020 if they are invited for a live audition. Live auditions will be held on January 9, 2020 beginning at 6:00pm at Deseret Book Corporate in Salt Lake City.
