How Do You Experience the Holy Spirit?

Sometimes I believe in teaching and talking about our experiences with the Holy Spirit, we are creating our own chocolate-only ice cream store. What’s the awesome chocolate flavor we focus on in discussions about the Holy Ghost?


We ask questions like: how did reading the Book of Mormon make you feel? How did you feel after praying about your problem? What were your feelings after that uplifting lesson? What feelings of comfort and peace has the Spirit brought into your life? We talk about feeling a “burning in the bosom”. We discuss the peace, comfort, and hopeful feelings from the Spirit amidst adversity. We tell youth and investigators to pay attention to their feelings as they read the scriptures and pray about spiritual things. We testify of times we have “felt” the Spirit strongly.how does the holy ghost make me feel
