Friday, Apr. 19: Scott Sumner

Scott has been a professional photographer for the past nine years. He has been a guest artist at BYU Education week in Provo, Utah. A piece of his work was exhibited at the Museum of Church History and Art as a participant in the Ninth International Art Competition. He has received several awards for his work depicting the Savior, Jesus Christ, from the Intermountain Professional Photographers Association of Utah.

Gwinnett Community Band and Sugar Hill LDS Choir Performance

April 27-28, 7 p.m., Stake Center, 4833 Suwanee Dam Rd., Suwanee, Georgia

The performances will include well known songs from musicals such as “The Color of the Wind” from Walt Disney’s Pocahontus and “It’s a Grand Night for Singing” from The State Fair.

BYU Vocal Point Salt Lake Performance

April 26, 7:30 p.m., Cottonwood High School, 5715 S 1300 E  Salt Lake City, Utah

Come hear the tight harmonies of this award-winning a capella group, recently featured on the hit show, The Sing-off! They do original songs, as well as mash-ups and covers of popular music today. Check out their latest music on YouTube.
