Man convicted of LDS chapel bombing released after 25 years

Addam Swapp, convicted of his role in an infamous standoff with authorities that ended in an officer’s death, was released Tuesday morning after serving 25 years behind bars. Swapp walked out of the Sanpete County Jail shortly before 7:30. He had been transferred there from the Utah State Prison.
