Protest dispute settled over land by Brigham City Temple

Brigham City paid $11,000 to a church last week after banning members of that church from handing out fliers during The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' temple open house last year. The Main Street Church and the ACLU filed a lawsuit in September 2012 after they said they were kept from passing out fliers on sidewalks bordering the new LDS temple.
