SPONSORED: 'Be the Best You' camp is a life-changing program for teenage girls

Be the Best You camp for teenage girls is a program with a dedicated mission to help each young woman increase her self-esteem, know she is a daughter of God, and strengthen hertestimony of Jesus Christ.

The camp is a life-changing program, now in its 13th year, committed to teaching the values of faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice & accountability, good works, integrity and virtue. The importance of strengthening the family is also emphasized while reinforcing the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is accomplished though morning spiritual devotionals taught by Barbara Barrington Jones, classes with speakers such as John Bytheway, Brad Wilcox, and singer songwriter Jessie Clark Funk. Fun service activities include a Princess Party for girls with special needs, a dinosaur museum tour for Boy’s and Girl’s clubs, and a Silvery Moon Party for the elderly. There is a “Fancy Nancy Party,” Prom, and a movie night. This program is developed to enable teenage girls to reach their potential and find lasting happiness through service and while developing a relationship with the Savior.

Who can attend? Young women ages 12-18, of any religious affiliation, who agree to uphold high moral, ethical, and dress standards. (Age appropriate activities are planned.)
