SPONSORED: Inspirational Art Association Celebrates its Fifth Annual ‘Christmas Season Art Showcase’

Inspiring LDS Art

"Follow Me," by Liz Lemon Swindle

The Joseph Smith Memorial Building will host the fifth annual “Christmas Season Art Showcase” December 3rd through 6th.  This year’s event will feature the region’s most recognized artists for their inspirational art.  The selected artists will display their work, meet and greet visitors, and provide pieces available to purchase.

Featured artists include Liz Lemon Swindle, Ortho Fairbanks, Del Parsons, Linda Curley Christensen, Sandra B. Rast, Annie Henrie, and many more.  (See a complete list of artists below.)

Organized by the Inspirational Art Association (IAA) since 2010, the “Christmas Season Art Showcase” is one way the organization fosters the creation and promotion of inspirational art.  Much of the art displayed will reflect the joy of the holiday season.

“If you have ever heard that ‘a picture is worth a 1000 words’ you will understand why our 2014 showcase will infuse your life with volumes of inspirational stories, thoughts, and the joy of God’s creations,” said President of IAA Linda Curley Christensen.
