On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, the First Presidency announced that 60 temples will enter Phase 3 in June and July.
Phase 3 means temples will open for all ordinances with restrictions. But how will you know when your temple enters Phase 3?
Church News explained the following:
- Specific dates are not being released for when the temples are moving to Phase 3 over the next two months because of possible changes to COVID-19 conditions and guidelines.
- When the temple in your temple district moves to Phase 3, you will receive an email that the online activation reservation system has been activated.
- Approximately 1–4 temple online reservations systems will be activated at a time.
- The first emails for Phase 3 temples are expected to be sent later this week.
