Mindy is a Utah native, born and raised in Cottonwood Heights. She is married to her favorite person, Ken Larsen, and together they have enjoyed 37 fun‑filled years. For the past 28 years, they have lived in what she jokingly refers to as “Zion” (South Jordan).
Sundays are Mindy’s favorite day of the week because her family gathers for Sunday dinner almost every week. She considers raising her four strong‑willed, loyal, witty, and pretty amazing children her greatest accomplishment. Family is EVERYTHING to Mindy, and her greatest joy comes from her four grandchildren—with two more on the way in the next few weeks.
Mindy aspires to someday be a stay‑at‑home dog mom and hopes to enjoy that dream for a few years before she and Ken serve a few missions together.
