{Poll} Exercise: You Can Do It!

I think it's safe to assume that most of us would rather eat cupcakes than run a marathon (I know, there are people out there who would disagree, and we should gang up on them). But we've been commanded to keep our bodies healthy, which means *sigh* exercise.

Okay, okay, it's not that bad. In fact, there are more benefits to exercise than just physical ones. Recent studies support the relationship between our ability to learn and consistent exercise. Earlier this week we ran a story called Get Smarter Through Exercise that discusses this relationship.

"We don’t need to be Olympic athletes to improve our brain’s function. Most of the benefits to our brains come with low to moderate levels of exercise. ... Regardless of age or situation, everyone can likely improve their current level of intellectual and physical fitness. The key is to start where you are and be consistent," says Dr. Thomas J. Boud.

So "where are you" when it comes to physical exercise? Take our poll and leave a comment below.
