At the 2019 BYU Marriott School Commencement, Qualtrics CEO and Co-Founder Ryan Smith said, “If you have one foot in and one foot out the door, you will never experience true happiness and fulfillment.” It is a simple sentence but it sums up the way Ryan and Ashley Smith seek to live their lives.
