The three Nephites—few in the Church have not heard about these translated beings. I try not to be a creeper. Really, I do. And thankfully, with the advent of social media, I can creep safely from my own home without anyone knowing—so long as I don’t accidentally deepfave that Instagram picture from 108 weeks ago of that person I happen to be stalking. But this one day, at Mountain West Burrito in Provo, Utah, I could not help myself from shamelessly eavesdropping on these two tattooed dudes having an all-out discussion . . . about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

He started each ride with a prayer and would always wear all the gear needed."

The exhibit, entitled 8 Stories, shares the experiences of eight former full-time missionaries in short video clips. "The exhibit overviews how the teachings of Jesus Christ and missionary service affect these individuals and others they served," the official Temple Square Facebook page shared in a post.
Most of the women we see at the Utah Wellness Institute want to lose weight. Sometimes it’s what I call “vanity weight”. Other times it’s over a hundred pounds. It doesn’t really matter the amount. Of course we’ll run some blood tests to see if their thyroid has a problem (most of the time it does—which obviously slows down their metabolism) or to see if their other hormones might be causing fat-storing issues. We can generally treat those things successfully with bio-identical hormones. But that’s not the biggest battle we face with these overweight women (and men, of course).
