After high school she attended Rick’s College, worked for a decade at Melaleuca and then moved to Utah to work for Drive Marketing and still does 23 years later. Since then she has served in the Primary, Relief Society and Young Women’s. She is actively trying to be a good disciple, a good mom (to 12-year old twins that just started Middle School -pray for her!), a good wife (to her husband that is actively working to turn their property into a zoo with more animals that she wants to know about), a good sister, daughter, friend and employee. Amy Stokes was born and raised in Utah. She grew up in the church, but didn’t realize until she attended BYU a lot about church doctrine. Amy then spent her twenties feeling out-of-place and unsure. It wasn’t an overnight decision to change in feeling all-in on the church. She spent the next decade or so “on the fence,” with so many unanswered questions and it was exhausting. Luckily, now Amy approaches life and spirituality with a lot more trust in God and has allowed herself to not need all the answers right now. Amy's testimony is “I know He’s got me—and that’s enough for now.”
