Shahna thinks of herself as someone who is mediocre at a lot of things and a master of none, but she is totally okay with that. She is a native Texan, a teen convert to the church and a recently transitioned empty nester. (Don’t believe what they say, it is awesome!) Most of her days are spent doing a work she loves as a Professional Mental Health Counselor with licenses in TX, ID, and UT. She is a big believer in routines, community service, reading before bedtime, journaling, and breaking a sweat most days of the week. She developed a love of scriptures by attending a local institute class during a particularly trying time in her family’s life and has had the chance to pay it forward for the last 10 years as an institute instructor herself! She believes in the power of good conversation with a close friend over chips, guacamole, and Diet Coke. The biggest blessings of her life were giving birth to five of her six favorite humans on the planet and being married to the best man she has ever known for more than half of her life.

Kristin Gerdy Kyle was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, and is a Teaching Professor and Director of the Rex E. Lee Advocacy Program at BYU Law where she has taught since 1996. Passionate about teaching and mentoring law students, Kristin strives to create a nurturing, spiritually enriching environment that supports not only her students' academic success but also their spiritual and mental well-being. When she married Glenn Kyle in 2018, she became a wife, bonus mom to seven, and grandmother—all on the same day. Now, they have only one child left at home and six grandchildren. Kristin has had a lifelong love of and involvement in music, including spending nine years singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir from 2010-1018. Kristin and Glenn live in St. George, Utah where she serves as an ordinance worker in the Red Cliffs Temple and as her ward’s organist. Kristin is also a devoted Pom Mom to a "garage" full of tiny pups—first Cruise, then Corvette, and now Porsche. Her hobbies include baking, cheering for the Colorado Avalanche and BYU Cougars, collecting cookbooks, and indulging in Diet Dr. Pepper. She approaches life with faith, enthusiasm, and a touch of zeal.

She enjoys reading, watching plays and musicals, and spending time with her blue eyed "baby" Pomeranian, Bentley. Cheryl adores her niece and nephews, often "borrowing" them for trips or time together. She's excited for the Lindon Utah Temple and takes weekly photos to document its progress.
