Youth love LDS speaker and author Hank Smith—and it's no wonder with his charming humor and sincere testimony. We recently sat down with him to learn more about why he loves what he does.
When I opened up a can of freeze-dried (FD) Asian-style seasoned white chicken, I found large pieces, similar to precooked grilled chicken purchased at the grocery store. After rehydrating some of the chicken I tried it and found that it didn't have the strong Asian flavor that I was expecting. The seasoning was perfect and the chicken tasted great by itself. This got me thinking about some of my favorite chicken dishes and I decided to add some to chicken alfredo. It was amazing! In fact, I would recommend this chicken for almost any recipe.

Though written by a believer not of our faith, this post addresses something nearly all Mormons struggle with—an addiction many of us let control or shape our lives from time to time. So what is emotional porn and how can we avoid it? I love this quote:

I recently took a personality test online and—to nobody’s surprise, including my own—it labeled me an introvert. I prefer to turn off the music when I’m driving, I’m more at ease speaking in front of 500 people than mingling with them afterward, and I’m happy typing for hours at my computer, alone. In fact, I always find it amusing in movies when a prisoner is locked in solitary confinement as a horrific punishment—because, to me, it sounds rather relaxing.
It's amazing how our examples can influence people in ways we don't even realize. Take, for instance, this family that became drawn to the Church after watching Mormon families on YouTube.
