Tiffany Turley Bowcut is the Dean of Students at Ensign College, overseeing the Honor Code Office, International Student Services, Counseling & Wellness, Housing, Accessibility Services, and Student Events & Leadership. Before joining Ensign, she spent more than 11 years at BYU in Athletics, the Title IX Office, and Student Life. Earlier in her career, she served for 10 years in Utah state government, including roles in the Governor's Office, the Utah Legislature, and the Department of Workforce Services.
A native of Salt Lake, Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree from BYU and her master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Westminster College.
Tiffany is a passionate advocate for women, families, and education and over the years has spent countless hours volunteering and serving with programs, charities, and organizations that specifically support and empower victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
In her spare time, Tiffany loves to bake, spend time outside, train for triathlons, play games, do puzzles, and pretty much anything if it’s with her family! Tiffany is married to her best friend and the love of her life, Tom, and they have three children
