
The College of the Arts at Utah Tech brings together much of the University’s fine arts programming into one structure embodying the university motto of active learning active life. Housing academic programs in visual arts, dance, digital film, music and theatre, the College offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music, and Bachelor of Music Education degrees. With the Delores Dore’ Eccles Fine Arts Center as its hub, the programs of the College of the Arts at Utah Tech are accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities while the Music program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
Additionally, the College of the Arts is home to professional programs within UT Live! The Celebrity Concert Series brings world re-known performances to campus each year. Celebrating the art of documentary filmmaking, DOCUTAH is an International Film Festival founded by an multi- Emmy Award winning filmmaker. The Sears Art Museum and Gallery is among Utah’s most important museums, including the collection of Robert and Peggy Sears. UT Creative Studios is a not-for-profit media services organization offering animation, film, and media services. In addition to bringing world class entertainment and production to our community, these programs facilitate collaborative and educational opportunities for students. Working with professional artists and performers, students learn real-world skills preparing them for employment in the arts industry.
