Elder Holland to Answer Young Adults' Questions in First Ever Live Event for Young Adults (+ How You Can Submit One)

His power over the pulpit is unparalleled. His poetry with the written word is moving. And his concern for the youth of the Church is inspiring. So what could be more fitting than a Face to Face event with Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, where he'll answer questions from young adult Saints throughout the world?

Face to Face Invitation

Elder Donald L. Hallstrom, Sister Carole M. Stephens, and I are thrilled to be part of the first YSA #LDSFace2Face event on March 8 at 6 p.m. MST. We can’t wait to help you find answers to your questions. You can tune in live on LDS.org.

“I cherish every chance I get to interact with the young single adults of this Church,” said Elder Holland on LDS.org. “I wish I could meet with each of them individually, look each one in the eye, and express my love personally. Constraints of time and distance make that impossible, but fortunately social media helps us loosen those constraints. That’s what is so exciting about our worldwide Face to Face events. We call them 'face to face' because it feels a bit like that—asking and answering questions in real time, in a setting that feels more intimate than what we might otherwise get.”

As the sixth Face to Face event hosted by the Church, this will be the first one focusing on young adults and will be held Tuesday, March 8 at 6 pm MST. Joining Elder Holland for this event will be Sister Carole M. Stephens, first counselor in the Relief Society general presidency, and Elder Donald L. Hallstrom of the Seventy.

Young adults from around the world can submit their questions, many of which will be addressed by these three inspired leaders. So if you want personalized counsel that talks specifically to things young adults are struggling with today, you won't want to miss this event.

“The other exciting thing about Face to Face events is the way their messages seem to spread far beyond the audience we originally anticipated,” Elder Holland shared on LDS.org. “Again we have social media to thank for this, not to mention the young people who eagerly share these messages with friends—and friends of friends of friends. That has been our experience with Face to Face events for youth, and I can only imagine what our experience will be with our young single adults.”

In order to submit a question for the event, visit the Face to Face event page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will see the option to "Submit a question."
