If You Served a Full-Time Mission, You Can Be Part of a New Historical Temple Square Exhibit

19655

A new display on Temple Square featuring missionary work is looking for something--you! Or rather, your missionary name badge.

Temple Square is searching for former missionaries who are willing to donate an old missionary badge to a project currently under construction. Here's what they had to say about the undertaking:

"We need 1,200 missionary name tags to display in a new permanent exhibit about missionaries at Temple Square. We invite anyone who served a full-time mission to be a part of this exhibit by donating one of their missionary name tags."

The tags will be mounted and shared in a visual display that you and your family can always visit when they come to Temple Square. (How cool is that?)

The first three tags submitted came from Elders Trujillo, Hamby, and Quintero:

To donate your missionary badge, send it to Exhibits Building, 430 W 400 N, Salt Lake City, UT 84103 no later than Friday, March 20. Name tags will not be returned. Any tags submitted in excess of 1200 will not be used in the display, and will be returned to their owners.
