Though the moment could be difficult to live down, especially after several national news outlets published videos of the entire incident, Finau handled the incident with grace and, most recently, good humor. The prank was so elaborate that Nike even createda landing page for the Finau1 featuring a picture of Tony Finau with the hideous shoe and explaining, "Sorry, everybody. Tony's Finau1 boot was a joke. The Snake Pack, however, is very real and will be worn by Tony during his first major tournament of the year. Honest. Cross our hearts."
