75 years ago today, Major League Baseball founded its Hall of Fame. The Hall is home to legendary baseball names like Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Sandy Koufax and Hank Aaron, as well as many others who played or managed the game with extraordinary skill.

To commemorate the Hall of Fame’s birthday, LDS.net is founding its own hall of fame. These are the 15 best Mormons (members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), to ever step up to the plate, or sling a pitch, in a major league baseball game.
