Either way, there is no such thing on this earth as a perfect parent, but there are a few things you can do to set your kids on a path to success.

1. Personal interviews

It doesn't matter whether it's a father, mother or both parents conducting an interview with their child, the important thing is that it is done.

Children need an opportunity to talk to their parents one on one. They need an open forum to discuss concerns and to share their dreams.
