Mark Rober—a BYU graduate and former NASA engineer—has put his education to work creating machines every little kid dreams of. Last winter, he created a snowball machine gun in a video that has garnered over 4.5 million views followed up that summer with a video showing the world's largest nerf gun that has over 18.5 million views.

This summer, he designed a Guinness World Record winning super soaker at 7 feet long that squirts water at 272 miles per hour at eight times the pressure of that of a firetruck hose.
