In a news release onLDS Church News, the Church announced that it has added four new resources to help provide information and support to stake and ward leaders.

In the past, the Church has published several Ministering Resources to help Church leaders better minister to those they watch over, covering topics from abuse and addiction to finances, pornography, family finances, and same-sex attraction.

Now, members of ward councils can access four new topics: caregivers, missionaries who return home early, couples who struggle with marital conflict, and individuals who struggle with mental illness.

The Church's continuing efforts to provide guidance and counsel to local leaders show their acute awareness of the unique struggles each Church member faces and their desire to support and help them individually. The Brethren love us. They are watching over us and want us to find enduring happiness and peace, even in the midst of our challenges. It is encouraging to see how Church leaders continue to reach out, to inform, to learn, to instruct, and to seek the Lord's direction, both at the local and churchwide level.
