As a three-year-old, Bonnie was known for being able to climb up any door frame. Now she spends her energy trying to scale the mountains of raising teenagers and young children. She and her husband share four (soon to be five) awesome kids, an anxious but lovable dog, and a love of music and all things chocolate. Their adventures together have landed them in the Washington D.C. metro area, New York City, and now Woods Cross, Utah. Bonnie discovered a love for writing in second grade when she wrote a story that won a coveted golden ticket from her principal and she hasn’t stopped writing since. Though her door-climbing days are behind her, she still likes the view from up high, so she is grateful to live in a time where the words of prophets are so easily accessible and help her see the valleys of life so clearly.

Marinda is blessed that missionaries found her parents once they immigrated from Germany after WWII. They raised her and her seven siblings in the church where they built a solid foundation in the Gospel. She met her husband at the “good ole BYU”, has been married for 34 years, and raised five children who have found their “person”, which means more great kids to love. They love to spend time together as a family and do pretty much anything but usually it is some sort of physical activity like pickleball, volleyball, basketball, spikeball, golf, etc. Marinda and her husband are educators, so they are always looking for ways to help others become their best selves, and their highlight church calling was serving in the YSA Ward. Hands down the best calling, EVER!
