As you drive through Utah, you tend to notice a lot of one thing: temples, temples, and more temples. If you've ever wondered how many LDS temples are in Utah, currently there are 15 operating LDS temples in Utah, 1 Utah temple under construction, and 1 closed for renovation. Each unique LDS temple in Utah stands tall as a reminder of God's love for us and the covenants we have made. Temples are a place we can enter to feel peace, joy, and find answers to our questions. Here are Utah's beautiful LDS temples!

It recently came to my attention that one frequently used criticism of the Church is that it works to “condition” its members, from the time they are in Nursery, to believe. Antagonists cite things like Primary songs, celebrating baptism, and preparing youth to serve a mission as ways to create a feeling of investment or loyalty toward the Church—after all of that investment, how could one leave? The truth be told, it’s actually a strong argument. I found myself, for days after hearing this, pondering everything I do or have done in my life and internally debating whether or not I really believed. What if I had only been conditioned to believe?
As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we have a plethora of resources to help us in times of need or struggle. The scriptures, prayer, words of modern-day prophets and apostles, Church leaders, family, temple worship, priesthood blessings, and, most importantly, Jesus Christ are all assets that provide divine assistance and strength.
