Jan J. Martin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ancient Scripture at Brigham Young University. Her scholarship focuses on the Book of Mormon, New Testament, on sixteenth-century religious reformers and on early English Bibles. She spent nearly seven years living in England as she completed her PhD and loves all things British, including her husband Jared who she met and married while living in York. She loves to participate in a wide variety of sporting activities, enjoys playing the piano when she has time, and likes to explore the beautiful Utah mountains.

I was born in Ecuador in a non religious family, when I was 6 I moved in Italy, a place that became my first home. At the age of 10 I met the missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints and got baptized a few months later. I served a mission in the Rome, Italy mission, where I had the privilege to serve 10 months in the Rome visitor center. Recently I decided to start a podcast in Italian for the members of the church here in Italy, it’s called “Mano nella Mano” which means “hand in hand” and my mission is to inspire others while we walk hand in hand with God and our Savior Jesus Christ

Jen and Mike Lindsay currently live in Humble, Texas (suburb of Houston). Jen was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with a degree in Nutrition Sciences. She then received her Master's degree from Texas Women's University, also in Nutrition Sciences, and is currently a Registered Dietician in private practice. Mike was raised in Houston, Texas where he was baptized into the Church at the age of 19. Mike served a mission in Oklahoma City, returned home and received his undergraduate degree from BYU and went on to receive his MBA from Texas A&M University, and is currently a financial consultant.
