The foundation of her testimony was built there by her amazing parents, beautifully strong sisters, and the extraordinarily faithful people of her village. She is married to her best friend and is the proud mama of 4 sons and 2 daughters-in-love. She has been an educator for over 30 years and is currently a middle school librarian. She loves books, travel, Harry Potter, Oreos, Diet Coke, her tribe of sister-friends and words. And above all, she loves her God and her Jesus.
Whitney Owens Hemsath is the author of Types, Shadows, and Casseroles: Finding Christ in Your Daily Life. In addition to writing inspirational nonfiction, she writes poetry, short stories, and other fiction in a variety of genres. She currently lives in Utah with her husband and four sons. When she isn’t busy being a wife, mom, and author, she enjoys teaching the gospel, doing cardio dance, and eating frozen BYU mint brownies.
Nicole Beal grew up in Utah County and now lives in Cumming, Georgia. She attended Utah Valley University. She loves to write, from poems and stories to potential books. She has a beautiful family with a loving husband, two sons, and a new daughter-in-law. Along with writing, she enjoys being with and teaching the youth of the Church, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
Sherrie is a mother of nine daughters and one son and yes, he is the tenth child. She taught in the Ancient Scripture department at BYU for 15 years where she learned so much from her peers and students! Then she served a CES mission in Christchurch, New Zealand, and a Church History mission in Salt Lake City. A highlight of her life was being in the Hill Cumorah Pageant for two years. Since Sherrie was five years old, she's been writing books and has published 18 to date. She also enjoys riding a yellow e-trike, reading, and playing the piano.
Laresa Campbell is a wife, mother, grandma, and 5th grade teacher who lives in South Carolina. She has raised six boys, four of whom live in Utah. She loves to take walks, watch musicals, and read children's literature in her spare time. She loves to serve the Lord and help those who need to hear about the Gospel. My goal one day is to serve a mission with my husband.
Stephan Taeger is a professor of ancient scripture at BYU. His research focuses on homiletics (the study of preaching), narrative instruction, and ancient scripture. He also loves interfaith dialogue. He and his wife, Kirsten, have six children. Stephan loves reading, writing, nature, and music.
Daniel Becerra is a scholar of early Christianity and an assistant professor of ancient scripture at Brigham Young University. His research focuses on moral formation in ancient Christianity and in the Latter-day Saint tradition. He is the author or co-author of numerous works, including 3rd, 4th Nephi: A Brief Theological Introduction (2020) and Book of Mormon Studies: An Introduction and Guide (2022).
Wendy Stucki is a native of California, where she met and married her husband, Grant. They have lived in Alpine, UT for the last 30 years. She loves everything about being a mother and grandmother to her 6 children and 22 grandchildren. She loves learning new things, good music, especially if it involves dancing in the kitchen, and making a meal that brings people together. Her budding love of the Savior and His gospel began with faithful early morning seminary teachers and now runs deep in her soul. Wendy and Grant recently returned from serving a mission in Harare Zimbabwe.

She loves scriptural exegesis, existential discussions, and reading fantasy novels. She met her husband in a Latin class where they bonded by arguing over grammatical minutia.
